TRAINING IN NADFAS WEST SURREY AREA

General Training in the West Surrey Area has two main objectives

1. For prospective Society committee members - to gain an insight into NADFAS and what it would entail to take on a committee role.

2. For current committee members - to speed up the process of understanding what NADFAS is about and how it works.

Training Days, which can be more appropriately be described as Information Days, take place twice a year. The next date is:

Friday October 15 2010

I shall show a digital presentation which will be of general interest to Nadfas members. The day will be informal and friendly as well as very informative. It is strongly recommended that any member considering joining a NADFAS committee comes to one of these days, which are also open to Chairmen of Societies.

Meetings last from 10.00 until 15.00 hrs. and include lunch. The October meeting will be held at Riverhouse Barn, Manor Road, Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 2PF. For directions, please follow this link:

The cost of attendance is shared between NADFAS centrally and your Society. (Current cost per head to Societies is £10.00.)

For more information about attending one of these days, please contact your NADFAS Society Chairman or email:
